Did you know Volcom had a full-length skate video in the works? Neither did we, but judging by Holy Stokes! first trailer—featuring everyone from vets like Dustin Dollin to new jacks like Daan van der Linden—it's going to be a titan of skateboarding and cinematography. Commence drooling in three, two, one...
On the back of last year's True To This, Volcom is returning the film game this fall with Psychic Migrations, a brand new surf video from director Ryan Thomas. Psychic Migrations isn't set to drop until September, but stay tuned to the Volcom micro-site for all the updates and info.
A lot of skate parts come across our desk during any given week. Hell, just as many probably land in your browser or on your iPhone screen. So you know what we mean when we say this is double edged sword. On one hand, more skateboarding is always a good thing. On the other hand, we've become desensitized to the constant barrage of footage. Hammers blend into one another and our ability to be impressed drops with each click of the ol' play button. It's testament to Harry Lintell's new part in Volcom's True To This then, that I'm about to say what I'm about to say: Holy sh—t this kid is good. If you are looking for some awesome skateboarding on some of the roughest streets out there (London, for the record), you have to check this dude out.

Mandatory skate minute! Check out Carlos Vega warming up for the 2013 Volcom Damn Am in Costa Mesa, CA. Curren Caples took the title but Carlos still had fun taking advantage of a new park and shredding with only a handful of other skaters around!

Surfing in the tropics does strange things to people.
The latest video in Volcom's "Coming of Ageless" surf series, shows Mitch Coleborn at his freesurfing best in the tropics. Coleborn does everything from weird chop hops to floaters to stylish punts with a style that makes his surfing look more fun than hard (even though it's really damn hard.)
